Taken outside Luftransport's main base in the middle of the 70's. This helicopter crashed during an ambulance flight outside Tromsø on 28 Jan 1978. Nobody was injured in the accident.

The aircraft itself was last observed in Canada as C-GSHD on July 11, 2006.
