The Norwegian police helicopter services is operated by Pegasus Helicopter. The police operations are serviced by one EC 135 T2 and one AS 350 B3, which both are based at Gardermoen Airport in Oslo.

This is Norway's the brand new police helicopter. The photo was taken during the first official display of the aircraft, outside the police station in Grønland. The helicopter is owned by Pegasus Helicopter AS and hereby replaces the earlier police helicopter, an AS 355 N1 registered LN-OBW. Pegasus ownes and operates the helicopter according to a contract with the Norwegian police (Politi). Based at Gardemoen airport it is mainly active in Oslo, the Norwegian capital, but can also be used by other police districts. In fact LN-OCP is currently the only dedicated police helicopter in the country.
The new machine is equipped for night-time flying and has a gyro stabilized camera system with infrared imaging, an additional search light, external loudspeakers and a live downlink system.
