This helicopter was used (1993-1994) together with two other white Bell 412s while waiting for the five Bell 412s ordered by the Swedish Army (11331, 11332, 11333, 11334 and 11335). Note that the aircraft was equipped with emergency pop-out floats for maritime operations.

The aircraft above was leased from Italy and was later returned.
