Nordic Rotors is an international helicopter website owned by the company Nordic Rotors. The website is published without any interest in profit. The company Nordic Rotors is owned by Rickard Gillberg, who is also the editor of the website. Nordic Rotors is trying to mediate an objective view over the whole helicopter business in Sweden at an overarching way. It is not in Nordic Rotors attention to take stand in any business related questions which in any way relates to the helicopter business. Nordic Rotors do not take any responsibility in case of consequences caused by misleading or faulty published facts. However every faulty or misleading fact will be adjusted as soon as I get aware of it.
Nordic Rotors take for granted that every photo submitted to the site is taken by the submitter in person. If a submitted photo is taken by another photographer than the submitter we assume that the submitter has got the personal permission of the photographer to let Nordic Rotors use the photo. No submitter may be titled photographer of a photo taken by another photographer. Nordic Rotors do not take the responsibility for faulty titled photographers. However the photos in question will be removed from the site at once, as soon as I get informed regarding the photos.

All material published on Nordic Rotors are protected by Swedish law (49 a §, the Swedish copyright legislation). No material may be reproduced or copied without the permission of the author. If you wish to use photos for other purposes than for private use, always contact Nordic Rotors first.
Rickard Gillberg is the photographer of each photo where credit to any other photographer has not been given. He is also the author of each text where no credit is given. Beyond that, he is the designer of all the graphic material published on the website.

The history behind Nordic Rotors
Nordic Rotors was first known as Rickard's Helicopterpages ("RHKPS"). It all started with a private homepage, but slowly it transferred to a helicopter website. The private homepage was first published

 on internet during 1996. In 1998 the homepage became a wholehearted helicopter website. During the years the content and the look of Rickard's Helicopterpages was improved alot. When a cooperaton with the swedish aviation website "Flygets Sida" was opened in 1999 Rickard's Helicopterpages moved to a new URL. The site had now grown alot, and it was already the largest helicopter website in Sweden. When that goal was reached it was up to the website to find it's own way throught the internet. When most of the swedish helicopter companies didn't have an own website, many of them wanted to be sighted on RHKPS.
Since a complete register of all helicopters registered in Sweden was published in 1999 the interest for the site increased from many different countries. Due to the increased international interest in the site it was renamed to Nordic Rotors.
Since the site was able to be classed as a well established helicopter website on internet and since the number of visitor was highly increased the decision to start a company was taken. The company was started in December 2001. On December 1st 2002 Nordic Rotors moved to it's present URL, nordicrotors.com.

Dec. 2001: - The company Nordic Rotors is started
Apr. 2001: - Major design modifications are carried out
Jan. 2001: - The website is renamed to Nordic Rotors
Sep. 2000: - A cooperation with Michael Savbäck AB is opened
Sep. 2000: - A new logotype is published
Jan. 2000: - Major design modifications are carried out
Okt. 1999: - A complete SE-register is published
Sep. 1999: - The website moved to http://helikopterns.sida.nu
Sep. 1999: - A cooperation with "Flygets Sida" is opened
Sep. 1998: - Rickards Helicopterpages is published
