The helicopter left Tokyo in a container on 2nd of April and arrived in Adolfström via Gothenburg on 9th of May. The photo was taken upon the arrival.

It was previously owned by the large Aero Asahi Corporation in Japan. Aero Asahi operates a large fleet of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft in a wide range of operations.
The down payment for the aircraft was made the day before the massive earthquake struck, which triggered the deadly tsunami that hit the east coast of Japan on March 11, 2011. The registration JOD (=Iodine) is a reminder of the tragic nuclear accident that followed the tsunami
The aircraft was formally registered SE-JOD in November 2011. It made its first take-off in Sweden (Adolfström) on November 17.
