Click here for more info If you are going for a taxi- or a sightseeing flight, make sure that the company you choose has a valid JAR-OPS 3 approval issued by the Swedish Transport Agency. The company will also need an Operating License (OL) if the flight is going to be other than local. The authority has no public lists with approved JAR-OPS 3 operators, but they have two lists over companies with valid OLs (click here and here).

Aerial works
Pure aerial works companies do not need the approvals mentioned above - they can operate with a national aerial work permit (LFS 2007:49). However, the most JAR-OPS 3 operators have an aerial work section included in their approvals. There are no public lists with all these operators, but we have them listed here. Call the Transport Agency (+46 771 503 503) to verify their validity.

iTell Helicopters

iTell Helicopters is a flight school located at Hässlö Airport in Västerås. It currently offers PPL(H) training, but is growing and aims to be able to offer CPL(H) in the near future.

The company offer commercial tasks like air taxi, photo flights and inventory operations in cooperation with the company Copterflyg.

Robinson dealeriTell Helicopters is a Swedish dealer for Robinson Helicopter Company - offering the whole range from the two-seat R22 to the four-seat R44 and the five-seat turbine R66. In addition to the new helicopter sales the company has offered pre-owned helicopters for sale since its start in 2009.

Commercial TrainingiTell Helicopters started offering commercial helicopter training through a partnership with Scandinavian Aviation
Academy (SAA) in 2013. The partnership also opened up for type ratings.
