The company will also need an Operating License (OL) if the flight is going to be other than local. The authority has no public lists with approved JAR-OPS 3 operators, but they have two lists over companies with valid OLs (click here and here).

Aerial works
Pure aerial works companies do not need the approvals mentioned above - they can operate with a national aerial work permit (LFS 2007:49). However, the most JAR-OPS 3 operators have an aerial work section included in their approvals. There are no public lists with all these operators, but we have them listed here. Call the Transport Agency (+46 771 503 503) to verify their validity.

Roslagens Helikopterflyg is an old helicopter company located at Mellingeholm Airfield in Norrtälje. It is the Swedish agent for Enstrom Helicopters and offers a wide range of flight training through its flight school Proflight Nordic AB.

The company is focused in various operations, like water sampling, taxi, sightseeing, inventory operations and photographic flights.

TärnabyheliIn 2013 Roslagens Helikopterflyg opened a partnership with Tärnaby Hemavan Helicopter AB (officially branded "Tärnabyheli"). Tärnabyheli operates a Jet Ranger from its base in Hemavan/Tärnaby through Roslagens Helikopterflyg.
