History
Helicopter Assistance was an active helicopter company, a viral flight school and a pioneer Robinson operator in the Stockholm region during the late-80s, the 90s and the early-00s.
The company operated sightseeing flights for sales companies like Hästens' Beds Company and Skärgårdsflyg.
Its activities were gradually reduced during the 00s, and around 2010 the company stopped its commercial flight operations in order to focus in the flight training.
Helicopter Assistance was stationed at Bromma Airport in Stockholm for many years, and its "yellow hangar" became a somewhat of a local icon. In 2011 the airport management announced that a large portion of the general aviation was to be evicted from Bromma, why Helicopter Assistance came to move its training base to Ösmo in early 2013.
