Air taxi / Scenic flights
Commercial air transports require a valid JAR-OPS 3 / EASA OPS Air Operator Certificate (AOC). The company will also need an Operating License (OL) if the flight is going to be other than local. The Swedish Transport Agency has online lists of valid OLs (click here and here).

Aerial works
Pure aerial works companies do not need the approvals mentioned above - they can operate with a national aerial work permit (LFS 2007:49). All valid aerial work permits are found here.

HT Helikopter Transport (retired)
HT Helikopter Transport was established back in 1989. It was one of the leading fully dedicated power line inspection companies in Sweden. It was based at Mälby Gård in Grillby, but had its helicopters spread throughout Sweden. The company maintained a fleet of Hughes 500 and 300 helicopters.

HT Helikopter Transport was purchased by Flygtjänst in 2007, and the joint company became Flygtjänst o Helikoptertransport i Sverige AB. The Grillby base remained until the new company was purchased by HeliAir Sweden AB in 2011.
