SE-JXP
Information about SE-JXP
This aircraft was operated by the Direccion General de Trafico (Spanish Road Transport Authority, Directorate General of Traffic - DGT) in Spain from 2003. It was exported to Bromma Air Maintenance (BAM) in Sweden following its retirement from DGT.
The aircraft obtained its Swedish registration, SE-JXP, in March 2017, following a 12-year inspection performed by BAM.
The helicopter joined Hummingbird Aviation Services' fleet later in March 2017. It became the second EC120 in the company's fleet, after SE-JEP.
In April 2017 Hummingbird Aviation Services opened a partnershop with Stockholms Helikoptertjänst in order to increase their redundancy as well as to facilitate commercial air transport and specialized operations for the two companies. This due to the companies' distinct focus in their respective business area. As a result of this, SE-JXP was added to SHTAB's fleet parallel to being operated by Hummingbird.
