The aircraft, which is known as Lifeguard 5920, replaced SE-JUC in late-March of 2010 and made its first emergency call on 26nd of March.
The helicopter was acquired by Norrlandsflyg Ambulans when the new company took over Norrlandsflyg's air ambulance service in Gothenburg on 1 November 2011. Norrlandsflyg had just been purchased by the Swedish Maritime Administration and was transitioning into a fully dedicated search and rescue operator.
