This kit was the third one in the world to be mounted on an operational helicopter, and it was the first one to be fitted in Scandinavia. Stockholms Helikoptertjänst was an early customer to Swiss Rotor Solutions, and it even ordered the kit prior to acquiring the AS350 B3 intended for the modification.
The company says that, as an operator mainly focused in high-precision long-line operations, this was the way to go - and the concept is fantastic according to the pilots.Direct link: http://www.nordicrotors.com/SE-JRZ/7195 -

The aircraft was purchased in France by the company in mid November, and it was flown to Sweden from Paris Heliport shortly thereafter.
The aircraft will be modified to an external-load workhorse by getting Swiss Rotor Solutions' Maximum Pilot View Kit - the first kit to be sold in Scandinavia. SHT says that the helicopter will operate parallel to its sling-load Lama, which is due for retirement within a few years.Direct link: http://www.nordicrotors.com/SE-JRZ/7077

The helicopter was purchased by Stockholms Helikoptertjänst and was flown from Paris Heliport to Stockholm in late November. At the arrival, Swiss Rotor Solutions announced that SHT had become the first customer in Scandinavia to order the AS350 Maximum Pilot View Kit. The kit, which would give “near-Lama” characteristics in terms of visibility and precision according to SHT, was expected to be mounted on the aircraft during the following winter.
The helicopter was registered SE-JRZ (initials for the owner Richard Ziverts) in early December 2016. It joined Stockholms Helikoptertjänst's fleet shortly thereafter, increasing the span to 8 helicopters out of 7 different types - AS350, AS355, SA315 Lama, MD500, Bell 206, Robinson R44 and Schweizer 300.
