This is how a windscreen looked in no-time during this summer's heavy invasion of heather flies (ryssflugor) in the Arjeplog Mountains. A newly cleaned window could look like this at lunchtime!

Flying on a bridge inspection, where the bridges along the walking tracks in northern Sweden are inspected. The photo was taken between Smolek and Verdejaure, near the Norwegian border.

This aircraft is Fjällflygarna’s latest fleet addition. It replaces the company’s Hughes 500D, SE-HLI, and will mainly be used for passenger flights and aerial works. The machine had not yet flown in Sweden and was still registered N558M as the photo was taken. The helicopter entered service with Fjällflygarna a few weeks later.
