This helicopter came to Sweden in late August 2004 and was assembled by people from Aeroservice i Karlskoga AB inside Helicopter Assistance's facilities at Bromma Airport in less than a week. It was flown to its final destination in Gothenburg by the owner himself on 1 September 2004.
The aircraft was lost in a crash on 4th of December 2007 during a gouvernor-off training at Säve Airport in Gothenburg. Both occupants survived with only minor injuries.
