Just before the summer of 2000 Scandinavian Helicopter Group acquired Heliflyg AB and united it with Osterman Helicopter AB. The company operated the helicopter for a while before Scandinavian Helicopter Group sold it to a company in Norway.
Still owned by a Norwegian company the Swedish helicopter company HeliNord AB started to operate with SE-JDP in early-2003. It was based in the Norwegian town Alta, but wasis most often operated in the northern parts of Sweden. HeliNord used the machine for various tasks, but mainly hunting and fishing trips, as well as inventory flights and reindeer herding.
SE-JDP was exported to Malaysia in July of 2005.
