Fate:
This helicopter was constructed in 1990 and came to Sweden-based Fiskflyg AB in December the same year. It has been operating with the company ever since. It was repainted from its original white-blue-red livery to a deep blue color in the winter of 2004-2005. The helicopter is one of Fiskflyg's true workhorses.

It was unfortunately damaged in an incident at the Aitik mine in Gällivare on August 15, 2011. The pilot, who was the only one onboard, escaped without injuries. SE-HVI was in Aitik to perform a water-bombing operation together with two other helicopters. It was salvaged by SE-HJP. The cause of the accident is unknown, but it is currently examined by the Accident Investigation Board. The aircraft has been sent to Canada to be repaired and upgraded from a Bell 206L3 to a 206L4(L3+). It is estimated to be back in service by the summer of 2012.
