This aircraft left the Hughes factory back in April 1974. It was imported to Sweden from an owner in Germany by SAAB-Scania AB in early-1975. In the next 15 years it would change owner quite a few times. The owners were Turistflyg i Arjeplog (now known as Heli i Arjeplog), Ostermans Aero and Mora Helikopter. The aircraft became a member of Sterner Aero's fleet as the company acquired Mora Helikopter in 1980, but Sterner Aero sold the helicopter within a couple of months. SE-HFH was exported to the US in mid-1980 and got the registration N3766Z. It's currently (Sept. 2004) owned by Grants Pass-based EPS Aviation Stages Inc in Oregon, USA.
